Lakeshore Trading guarantees the quality of all our items and provides customers with a refund, return and/or exchange policy. This right is limited to 5 days (5) days from the date on which the customer receives their items.
If an exchange is requested, we reserve the right to find an acceptable replacement or refund your money if an acceptable replacement is not available
